A month ago the mini series called Rei Davi were launched by RedeRecord. It’s one of the biggest TV netwroks in Brazil with potentially more than 150 million viewers. Inspired by one of the most beautiful and tumultuous passages of the Bible, Rei Davi is a mini epic that depicts the life of a controversial man, a hero brave and fearless warlord, liberator of his people and at the same time, an artist generous, sensitive, poet, musician and friend of God. A story of faith and courage, which shows how a humble shepherd defeated the dreaded giant Goliath and became the twelve tribes of Israel into a great nation. It is also the story of forbidden love and its devastating consequences, of whom was born one of the greatest kings of all time.
